Service status

Engis runs on top of seven third-party providers. If something looks off in the app, your fastest triage is to check whether one of them is reporting an incident. Each row links to the provider's own live status page.

Engis-specific incidents (e.g. a deploy regression) are announced on the in-app activity feed and emailed to firm directors when material. We don't currently run a customer-facing incident history — if you need one for a procurement form, email support@engis.au.
